These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") define the terms and conditions for using our shop (including this website, and hereinafter, we will not distinguish between the two). These Terms apply to all customers who use our shop.

Agreement to these Terms and Conditions

Order

When you place an order for a product, your order constitutes an offer to enter into a contract with our shop for the purchase of that product. Order cancellation

We do not accept order cancellations due to customer reasons.

This shop reserves the right to terminate a sales contract with a customer without prior notice if the customer falls under any of the following circumstances. In this case, this shop shall not be liable to the customer for any damages.

  • If the customer violates or is likely to violate these terms and conditions

  • In any other case where our shop determines that the relationship of trust between our shop and the customer has been damaged.

Refusal to accept, etc.

If the customer refuses to accept the goods, the delivery address is unknown, or delivery to the designated address is impossible for any other reason attributable to the customer, the shop will incur losses for round-trip shipping costs, cash-on-delivery fees, return processing fees, product storage fees, redelivery fees, costs incurred for certified mail and other communications with the customer, packaging material costs, and labor costs incurred for shipping and return processing. The shop may charge these costs to the customer. If the period specified below elapses from the date of non-receipt, the sales contract between the shop and the customer will be deemed terminated due to the customer's circumstances. In this case, the shop will be released from its obligation to deliver the goods, and the customer shall immediately pay the shop a penalty equivalent to the price of the goods in addition to the above-mentioned damages.

Returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if a product is clearly found to be defective, we will accept a return or exchange only if you send an email to our designated email address within three days of the day following the date of receipt, stating the specific reason why the product is defective, and we receive the email. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after this point, regardless of the reason.

Other rules regarding the buying and selling of goods

In addition to the above sections on "Orders," "Order Cancellations," "Cancellation due to Violation of These Terms and Conditions," "Refusal to Accept Delivery," and "Returns and Exchanges," the payment methods for products sold by this shop, the timing of transfer of ownership, delivery methods, methods for canceling purchase applications, and return methods will be in accordance with the disclosures based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act and other methods separately determined by this shop.

Late payment penalties

Customers who delay payment of monetary debts to our shop shall pay us late payment penalties at an annual rate of 14.6 %.

Prohibitions

  • Unauthorized access or attempts to do so
  • The act of analyzing the source code of this service through disassembly, decompilation, reverse engineering, etc.
  • Unauthorized access to systems connected to this shop, or unauthorized modification or deletion of information stored on this shop's equipment.
  • The act of copying, transmitting, transferring, lending, or modifying our shop's website or software is prohibited.
  • The act of lending, transferring, selling, or otherwise distributing accounts or content on this shop to a third party for a fee is prohibited.
  • The commercial use of information obtained by this shop
  • Any act aimed at gaining profit in connection with this shop in a manner not intended by this shop.
  • Advertising, promotion, solicitation, or business activities on this shop that are not authorized by this shop are prohibited.

  • Any other actions that our shop deems inappropriate

Exclusion of antisocial forces

The customer represents and warrants that they do not, and will not in the future, fall under any of the following categories:

  • If you (or, in the case of a corporation or other organization, your officers) are a yakuza, a yakuza member, a person who has ceased to be a yakuza member but less than five years have passed since then, a quasi-yakuza member, a company related to a yakuza, a corporate racketeer, a group that falsely claims to be involved in social movements, or a special intelligence-based violent group, or any other similar person (hereinafter collectively referred to as "yakuza members, etc.")
  • If the customer is a corporation or other organization, it must be recognized that they have a relationship in which organized crime members or similar individuals control the management.

  • Having a relationship that is deemed to involve using organized crime members, etc., such as conducting transactions with the purpose of seeking unjust profit for oneself or a third party, or with the purpose of causing harm to a third party.
  • Having a relationship that is deemed to involve providing funds or other benefits to members of organized crime groups, etc.
  • If the customer is a corporation or other organization, it means that its officers or persons substantially involved in its management have socially reprehensible relationships with members of organized crime groups, etc.

The customer guarantees that they will not, either directly or through a third party, engage in any of the following acts:

  • Violent demands
  • Unjust demands that exceed legal responsibility
  • In relation to transactions, threatening language or the use of violence
  • Acts that damage the reputation of our shop or interfere with our business by spreading rumors, using deception, or using force.
  • Other acts similar to those listed above.

Usage restrictions

This shop reserves the right to restrict a customer's use of all or part of this shop, or to cancel their registration, without prior notice, if the customer falls under any of the following categories. This shop shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the customer as a result of any actions taken by this shop pursuant to this clause.

  • If you violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions
  • If it is discovered that there are false facts in the registration information
  • In the event of default on a monetary obligation
  • If you do not respond to our inquiries even after a considerable period of time has passed
  • If you have not used our shop for a considerable period of time since your last visit
  • If our shop determines that you are an anti-social force, or that you are having any kind of interaction or involvement with an anti-social force,
  • In addition, if our shop determines that your use is inappropriate

Service suspension

Our shop may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the service without prior notice to the customer if it determines that any of the following circumstances exist. In such cases, our shop shall not be liable for any disadvantages or damages suffered by the customer or any third party.

  • When performing maintenance, inspection, or updates on the computer system used in this shop.

Withdrawal

Customers may cancel their registration and withdraw from our shop by following the procedures established by our shop.

This shop assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any damages incurred by customers in connection with their use of this shop. However, if the contract between this shop and the customer regarding this shop (including these terms and conditions) constitutes a consumer contract as defined in the Consumer Contract Act, this disclaimer shall not apply.

Even if a transaction falls under the category of a consumer contract, our shop shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the customer due to our shop's negligence (excluding gross negligence), including damages arising from special circumstances (even if our shop or the customer foresaw or could have foreseen the occurrence of such damages). Jurisdiction

In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the use of this shop, the following district court shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
