Return & Refund Policy

This policy sets forth the conditions regarding refunds of payments (hereinafter simply referred to as "payments") for goods and services sold or provided by our company.

(Refund conditions)

1. We will refund the payment received from the customer only in the following cases:

1. If the sale or provision of goods or services is not made or is significantly delayed due to reasons attributable to our company.

2. If we determine that all or part of the goods or services are damaged or defective.

3. In addition to the cases specified in the preceding paragraphs, when the Company specifically approves a refund.

2 Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Company shall not be obligated to refund the price in any of the following cases. However, this shall not apply if the Company specifically approves a refund of the price pursuant to item (3) of the preceding paragraph.

1. In cases where, due to reasons attributable to the customer, our company fails to sell or provide goods or services to the customer, or is significantly delayed (including, but not limited to, failure to provide information necessary for the sale or provision of goods or services, and failure to provide the cooperation necessary for the sale or provision of goods or services by the customer).

2. If damage or defects occur to all or part of the goods or services due to reasons attributable to the customer.

3. If the customer has already started using the product or using the service.

(Request for refund)

1. If a customer wishes to receive a refund, they shall apply to our company for a refund using the method specified separately by our company. The costs incurred in this application (including communication fees, postage, and other expenses) shall be borne by the customer.

2. Upon receiving the application mentioned in the preceding paragraph, our company will promptly review whether or not a refund is possible, and once the review is completed, we will notify the customer of the results using our prescribed method.

(Refund method and timing)

1. If we issue a refund, we will do so using a method specified separately by us. We will bear all costs associated with the refund (including bank transfer fees, etc.).

2. The timing of the refund of the payment based on the preceding paragraph will be determined separately by our company.

(Return of goods, etc.)

1. If a customer wishes to receive a refund, they shall bring or send the received goods to the location specified by the Company by the date and time specified separately by the Company. However, this shall not apply if the Company specifically approves otherwise.

2. If the customer receives a refund, they shall immediately cease using the services provided or restore the services to their original condition by a time specified separately by the Company. However, this shall not apply if the Company specifically approves otherwise.

3. The costs incurred for bringing or sending the goods specified in the preceding two paragraphs, and for restoring the services to their original condition (including transportation costs, bank transfer fees, etc.) shall be borne by the customer. However, this shall not apply if the Company specifically approves otherwise.

(exempted from application)

1. When our company conducts mail-order sales, the provisions concerning cooling-off periods under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on Specified Commercial Transactions") do not apply.

2. Except as otherwise specifically provided in this policy, customers may not withdraw or terminate an application for a contract relating to the sale or provision of goods or services (hereinafter referred to as "this contract"), and the main text of Article 15-3, Paragraph 1 of the Specified Commercial Transactions Act shall not apply to this contract.

(Relationship with Terms of Service)

1. This policy shall form part of the Terms of Use, and matters not stipulated in this policy shall be governed by the provisions of the Terms of Use.

2. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this policy and the terms of use, the provisions of this policy shall prevail.
