Shipping Policy
This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of products sold by our company.
(Product delivery)
1. When a customer purchases a product, we will deliver the product to a location specified separately by the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "delivery address").
2. We may entrust the delivery specified in the preceding paragraph to a delivery company or other third party (hereinafter simply referred to as "delivery company").
(Product delivery time)
1. We will deliver the goods to the delivery address as soon as possible after the purchase is confirmed. However, delivery may take longer depending on our business operations, workload, weather, traffic conditions, and the delivery area.
2. In the event of a delay in delivery caused by any of the following reasons, we shall not be liable to compensate the customer for any damages incurred, nor shall we be liable to refund or reduce the price or shipping fee.
1. Unforeseen and unusual traffic disruptions
2. Earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, storms, landslides, and other natural disasters
3. Suspension of operations, strikes, etc. by delivery companies or public transportation.
3. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 1, if the customer specifically designates a delivery date (only if we specifically approve delivery of the product at that date), we will make every effort to deliver the product to the delivery address at that date. However, the delivery date may be subject to change due to weather, traffic conditions, the delivery area, and other circumstances.
(Shipping fee)
Customers shall pay the prescribed shipping fees set forth by our company as follows. However, this shall not apply if our company has specifically waived shipping fees.
As separately determined by our company
(Handling of cases where delivery is not completed)
1. If we are unable to complete the delivery of a product for any of the reasons specified in the following items, we may collect the product and charge the customer for the costs incurred in such collection (including fees to the delivery company, etc.), and we may also terminate the contract for the product at our discretion.
1. The recipient is absent when delivery is made, and the recipient does not request redelivery within the delivery company's storage period.
2. The delivery address information is incorrect, making delivery impossible.
3. The recipient refuses to accept the delivery.
2. In the cases specified in the preceding paragraph, if we incur any damages, we may claim compensation from the customer for such damages (including reasonable attorney fees).
(Delays, damage, etc., caused by the delivery company)
1. We shall not be liable for any delays in delivery or damage to goods caused by reasons attributable to the delivery company.
2. In the event of any trouble or dispute between the customer and the delivery company, the customer shall resolve it at their own responsibility and expense, and our company shall have no obligation to be involved in such trouble or dispute.
(Inquiries regarding delivery)
If we outsource delivery to a shipping company, please direct any inquiries regarding delivery to the shipping company directly.
(Relationship with Terms of Service)
1. This policy shall form part of the Terms of Use, and matters not stipulated in this policy shall be governed by the provisions of the Terms of Use.
2. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this policy and the terms of use, the provisions of this policy shall prevail.
